The story begins six hundred years ago, on the sacred borders of Mount Athos, where the mountains plunge into the sea, and silence speaks the language of eternity. A single olive tree was born.

Cradled by holy soil, shaped by sea winds and centuries of prayers, this tree lived in quiet majesty. Whispering its magic myths!

We, Kaymakis family, were born at Ouranoupolis at the North side of Greece, where Nature and History are combined in a uniquely magic way!
We are farmers,
we are dreamers,
we are protectors of our tradition.
By following the traditions of our grandparents we invested in sustainable and organic farming and especially in the farming of olive trees. All of these years we try to organize our production methods following sustainable agriculture technics and the newest olive oil extraction methods, so to produce original high-quality products. We give great importance to the quality of these products and the preservance of our environment!
We consider a privilage the preservance of our heritage! And so we act!
